Home Window Cleaning was established in 1944, by a man and his dream. Mr. Joseph, the original owner, started with a pale and chamois walking down Ste-Catherine street in downtown Montreal, offering his services at pennies a cleaning.

In 1983, Robert Kozub began working part time, training and learning the trade of window cleaning. As the opportunity seemed challenging, Robert began to believe that he could expand and grow this business to become bigger and better. In the fall of 1984, Robert purchased Home Window Cleaning Inc..

In 1985, Home Window Cleaning Inc. purchased St. James Window Cleaning. The combination of the two companies would form one of the largest stores and offices window cleaning company. The Company expanded and increased steadily until the early 1990's when recession held back sales but, the company clamped down, froze prices, offered reduced services and, gave an extra touch to help customers maintain ground and, succeed. As needs were shifting, the company started to offer new services, such as, painting, general renovating and, carpet cleaning.

In 1998, after almost 3 years of hard negotiations, Home Window Cleaning Inc. acquired Metrosud Inc. and, more importantly, purchased BSF Inc.. This move brought all window cleaning and services to a maximum. BSF Inc., specializing in high-rise window cleaning, Home Window Cleaning Inc., specializing in stores, malls, houses and small offices buildings window cleaning and, Metrosud Inc., specializing in after construction and/or disaster cleanup.

In January, 2000, BSF/HOME Inc. was born and became one of Montréal's largest companies specializing in all types of window cleaning services.
